BharatIQ Account Deletion

BharatIQ users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data through Help & Feedback in the learner app.
Open the learner app, go to Profile, and use Help & Feedback from the Google account used to sign in to BharatIQ. Clearly mention that you want your BharatIQ account deleted.
What to Include
- Your Gmail address used for BharatIQ sign-in.
- Your display name in the app, if available.
- A clear statement that you want your BharatIQ account deleted.
What Will Be Deleted
After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal account data associated with your BharatIQ account, including profile records, saved briefs, learning progress, quiz attempts, and feedback records where deletion is permitted.
What May Be Kept
Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, purchase verification, dispute resolution, or service integrity.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If additional verification is required, we may respond through the contact details connected to your signed-in account or feedback request.
