Premium Membership Terms

These terms apply when you purchase BharatIQ Premium. The plan, launch price, duration, renewal method, taxes and payment provider shown on the purchase review screen form part of these terms.

Premium service

Premium provides access to the learning features identified on the purchase screen for the paid membership period. A free BharatIQ experience may remain available without Premium. Features may evolve as the service improves, but BharatIQ will not intentionally misrepresent the material benefits being purchased.

Pay-once membership

A pay-once membership provides Premium access for the period displayed at checkout. It does not renew automatically, and no future payment is collected unless you initiate another purchase. BharatIQ may remind you before or after expiry. Where supported, an early renewal extends your existing paid period.

Auto-renewing membership

An auto-renewing membership continues for successive billing periods until cancelled. By choosing Auto-renew, you authorise the selected payment provider to charge the payment method you approve at the frequency and launch price displayed before purchase. Taxes may apply as displayed by the provider.

Launch pricing

The crossed-out amount is BharatIQ's intended regular price and the lower amount is the current launch price. Launch pricing is available for Pay once and Auto-renew purchases for a limited time. Auto-renew memberships continue at the displayed launch price unless cancelled or changed after any notice and consent required by the payment provider and applicable law.

Billing providers

Android purchases are processed by Google Play. Where learner-web payments are available, they are processed by the authorised payment provider shown at checkout. Provider terms also apply to payment processing, permitted payment methods, receipts, cancellations and refunds. BharatIQ does not store complete card, bank-account or UPI credentials.

Cancellation and expiry

Pay-once memberships require no cancellation and expire on the displayed date unless renewed. Google Play Auto-renew memberships can be managed through Google Play. Where learner-web Auto-renew memberships are available, they can be cancelled through the BharatIQ learner website. Cancellation stops future renewal but ordinarily leaves Premium active until the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable after Premium access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law or permitted under the relevant payment provider's policies. Google Play purchases are also subject to Google Play's refund process. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method. Contact support promptly if a payment is duplicated, unauthorised or does not activate the purchased access.

Failed, pending and reversed payments

Premium is granted only after a payment is verified. A pending payment does not activate access. An Auto-renew payment failure may be retried by the provider and may result in a grace period, account hold or expiry. A refund, reversal or chargeback may cause the corresponding Premium access to be adjusted or removed.

Plan changes

The price and effective date of any switch between monthly, yearly, Pay once and Auto-renew are shown before confirmation. Provider rules may require a full-period charge or defer a change until the current period ends. BharatIQ will not create a second paid plan where an existing provider-managed change should be used.

Your account

You are responsible for securing your account and using the correct Google Play or BharatIQ account for purchase and restoration. Premium is personal, non-transferable and may not be resold, shared commercially, scraped or used to redistribute BharatIQ content.

Service availability and misuse

Reasonable maintenance, security work and service changes may occur. Access may be restricted for fraud, payment abuse, unlawful activity, serious misuse or violation of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy and records

Purchase identifiers, consent records, membership status and limited billing metadata are processed to provide Premium, prevent abuse and support users. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

Changes to these terms

Each version has an effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required and will apply prospectively as permitted by law. The terms accepted with a purchase are recorded with that transaction.
